What is mate?
It is the energy drink for people in Uruguay .
Why a mate tutorial in english?
Because if you are Uruguayan, you just know how to prepare it :). So the tutorial is for foreign people, therefore it is in english.

Step by Step :
- Get hot water (almost boiling)
- Put yerba in the mate (3/4 full)
- Start the mate by pouring warm water (~ 60 °C)
- Wait for the yerba to expand
- Put the Bombilla
- Pour hot water
- Drink the first one until it’s empty
- Pour more hot water
- Share and repeat
